Event

Taking place from October 2024 through May 2025, the series is presented in partnership with the Departments of English and History of Art at the University of Pennsylvania. The opening event on October 28, 2024 from 4-6:00pm will feature a discussion with the editors of the book: Magnum photographer Peter van Agtmael, historian of photography Laura Wexler, and Magnum photographer and President of the Magnum Foundation Susan Meiselas. A series of monthly programs will follow featuring Magnum photographers including Sabiha Çimen, Carolyn Drake, Gregory Halpern, Sohrab Hura, Danny Lyon, Steve McCurry, Moïses Saman, and Alex Webb.
