PI-Philly and the Consulate of Italy in Philadelphia present "The Global Ambitions of Contemporary Italian TV Drama". Prof. Giancarlo Lombardi (CUNY) will examine the most recent Italian TV Series hosted and/or produced by renowned global streamers, and discuss how they achieve a global appeal while retaining their Italian uniqueness.  The lecture will be followed by a Q&A with the audience and a light refreshment will be served.
