Film and Pedagogy Workshop

Teaching the Language of Film Across History and Culture: Silent Cinema, Documentaries, and Contemporary Film.

The purpose of our Film and Pedagogy Workshop is to provide faculty, TAs, supergraders, and graders with relevant tools in areas of film scholarship and pedagogy to help their experience in teaching film courses.

In additiion, our workshop, which is offered every other year, is one of the requirements for our Penn Graduate Students pursuing our Graduate Certificate in Cinema Studies. More on our certificate, click here.
