Screening | Evolution of a Criminal

The Penn Program on Documentaries & the Law is sponsoring a screening of “Evolution of a Criminal” followed by a panel discussion focusing on the representation of young minority males who have been involved with the law, their families, and their communities in nonfiction media. Darius Clark Monroe, the documentary’s director, will be participating.  The moderator will be Mike Lee, Esquire, who is co-founder and executive director of the Philadelphia Criminal Record Expungement Project.  The screening will begin at 6 and the panel discussion at 7:30, both at the Law School.
