Erinn Hagerty teaches computer and mixed-media animation at PennDesign. She maintains her own animation and design freelance studio, creating both 2D and 3D animations and elements for web and print. Her work and teaching practices have been mentioned in such publications as the Animation World Network (AWN.com, 2010) and The Pennsylvania Gazette (2007), and on Good Day Philadelphia (2004). Designs and group productions include "L'Ange" and "Courts Métrage" DVD cover and disc design for filmmaker Patrick Bokanowski (2009); "The Adventures of Teddy P. Brains: Journey into the Rain Forest," a 3D-animated children's series focusing on diverse educational programming (2007); "The Loathly Lady," an animated opera pilot (2006); "Dino Don's World, Pilot Episode," a 2D-animated children's series (2005). Her work has exhibited at the Charles Addams Fine Arts Gallery, Philadelphia, PA (2011, 2004), Fordham University, New York, NY (2006), Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA), Philadelphia, PA (2006), Walter Reade Theater, Lincoln Center, New York, NY (2003), and The Bridge Cinema De Lux, Philadelphia, PA (2003). She is also an Adjunct Professor in the Digital Design and Animation programs at Philadelphia University and has guest lectured at Massachusetts College of Art and Design and the Penn Alexander School.
