Peter Gaffney

Peter Gaffney received a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature and Literary Theory at the University of Pennsylvania in 2006 and currently teaches literature, philosophy and cinema at Haverford College, Curtis Institute of Music and University of Pennsylvania. Peter is the editor of The Force of the Virtual: Deleuze, Science and Philosophy (University of Minnesota Press, 2010). His interests include Deleuze, visual culture, philosophy of science, avant-garde art and literature, and 20th century French cultural studies. He is also co-director of Cabaret Red Light, Philadelphia's premiere vaudeville, burlesque and puppet theatre!
